Pastor DeVona Noble 

Pastor DeVona L. Noble is the Senior Pastor of the International Outreach Ministries Training Center located in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2007 Pastor Noble enrolled into Rhema Bible College and Training Center - Broken Arrow, OK., subsequently received a certificate in evangelism. In 2010, she attended International Outreach Ministries and Training Center (IOMTC) in Tulsa, Oklahoma under the leadership of Doctor Howard Hatcher and Pastor Cindy Hatcher and continues advanced ministry training. Minister DeVona returned to St. Louis in 2011 and returned to serving at Communion Church Ministries. In 2015 she became pastor of a start up church, International Outreach Ministry and Training Center ( IOMTC-St. Louis) located in Ferguson Missouri. Pastor Noble's  heart is for the people, that they will know God and live for him.
